Circular Plastic Connectors offer rugged, cost-effective power input and output solutions for devices in harsh environments. These lightweight, all-plastic and metal-shell connectors feature quick connect/disconnect, thread assist, and positive dent coupling for easy installation and maintenance. With polarized designs for proper mating, removable contacts, and a replaceable coupling ring, circular plastic connectors are built for reliability and field repairs. Made from heat-resistant, self-extinguishing thermoplastic, these robust connectors come in six series with various mounting options offered in power, signal and hybrid (power and signal) solutions.
Standard Circular Plastic Connectors
Miniature Circular Plastic Connectors
Designed for wire-to-wire and wire-to-panel applications, these connectors support 1 to 9 positions and use reliable MATE-N-LOK crimp snap-in contacts. IP67 sealing to block dirt and fluids and a 1/4-turn coupling ring for secure alignment ensure quick and dependable connections.
Circular Plastic Metal-Shell
The circular plastic shell features a thermoplastic insert within a nickel-plated, zinc alloy shell. Available in Series 1-4 configurations, it offers the same contact options as the all-plastic version. An optional "Tetraseal" interface seal provides splash-proof protection between connector metal shells.
MIL-C-5015 Style Circular Plastic Connector
The MIL-C-5015 style circular plastic connector is an all-plastic connector designed to intermate with other manufacturers' metal-shell Mil-C-5015 type connectors. It is compatible with size 20-14 and 18-10 connectors and uses multimate size 16 contacts for reliable power and signal transmission.
