Motorized Valve Derivators

Derivators specially developed for application in valves that use electric actuators, installed in explosive atmospheres, promote safety for the maintenance of the plant.

Ex Motor Derivator

The bypass system was developed to be used in valves with an electric actuator that is installed in potentially explosive atmospheres, promoting safety for plant maintenance.

In case of actuator maintenance, whenever the electric motor is switched off, the Motor Ex Derivator automatically de-energises the industrial network (Ex: Profibus, Pakscan, etc.), allowing the actuator to be removed from the valve for maintenance without interrupting the operation of the rest of the equipment connected to the derivation. The equipment does not interrupt the network communication that is derived from other valves or devices, allowing only the equipment with a problem to be removed for maintenance without the risk of causing the ignition of the explosive atmosphere, as the spur cables have no power.

Network Derivator for Electric Actuators

DHH-MA32 is a revolutionary system, developed by Sense, for use in industrial networks installed in explosive atmospheres, providing safety for the maintenance of the plant's valve/actuator assembly. The equipment creates a deviation in the network cable, and this deviation is not interpreted as a derivation because it does not cause considerable losses, which allows its application in networks such as Pakscan and Profibus DP, where derivations are practically not allowed, paying attention only to the maximum length of the trunk cable.

The derivator uses voltage pulses to turn the derivations on or off. This pulse is generated by a handheld programmer, which is not included in the derivator package and must be ordered as an accessory.
