Interrupter Junction Modules
The Interrupter Junction Modules allow for true network distribution with up to 8 input/output elements. These modules for AS-Interface networks optimize the reach of the industrial network in the field, bringing it closer to sensors and actuators, reducing cabling and maintenance costs. The system allows the Node module to connect to any of the Connection modules, but it cannot be expanded like in DeviceNet or Profibus DP networks; therefore, it is limited to only one Connection I/O module per network address.
