TE’s robust connector family supports power lines for both wire-to-board and wire-to-wire applications.

Dynamic Series D-2970 is a compact 5-mm pitch wire-to-board PCB connector with field-installable, time-saving push-in clamp termination. 

Eurostyle terminal block connectors feature various wire termination methods, including rising cage clamp, wire protector, spring, IDC, and crimp snap.

TE offers the most extensive line of Europa products in five pitches: 8 mm (.315”), 10 mm (.394”), 12 mm (.472”), 13.5 mm (.531”), and 14.5 mm (.571”). Two connection styles are available. 

MicroSpeed power module is a 5-pin connector system with a contact pitch of 2.0 millimeters. The connector system is the complementary power component to the signal connectors of the MicroSpeed Connectors. It delivers high current-carrying capacity despite its small dimensions. These power modules are good choices for providing the power supply to such high-performing, compact elements as processors, LCD displays and drives.

AMPMODU interconnect system is a comprehensive family of modular signal interconnects for board-to-board, wire-to-board and wire-to-wire applications from 1.0mm (0.039″) to 3.96mm (0.156″) centerlines that are widely used across nearly all industrial applications requiring printed circuit boards (PCBs). 

Small multiple connectors (SMCs) have a grid of 1.27mm and are available with pin counts of 12 to 80 for reliable and compact connections. Various shapes, such as straight or angled male and female terminal strips, helps enable different mating configurations.

Our Micro-MaTch wire-to-board and board-to-board ribbon cable connectors provide a safer and reliable connection. The unique contact-spring system helps prevent fretting corrosion by absorbing movements between male and female contacts.

The MicroCon connector series expands the portfolio of robust and compact SMD connectors. These miniaturized, double-row, fine-pitch connectors have a grid dimension of 0.8mm and are available with different numbers of poles from 12 to 100.

With hermaphroditic MicroStac connectors, the plug and mating plug are identical. The connectors are available in single-row and double-row variants, and they offer an economical solution for connectors with high current ratings and low connecting frequencies. 

A floating mechanism can absorb slippage of connector positioning between units of the separator mechanism of the receptacle. These connectors can provide ± 0.3 mm float in the x and y directions at mating to provide reliable mating, easing the restraints of board design and mounting. 

ERNI power taps in grids of 2.54 mm are developed especially for the power supply on the PCB and backplane. They are available in various designs with 6 or 10 connection pins and as dip solder or press-fit variants.

Our Industrial Mini I/O connectors portfolio consists of various board and cable connectors: R/A, straight board connectors, and solder and piercing cable connectors for harness makers. For field installation, there are IDC-based cable connectors with automatic wire cut-off for tool-less installation in under a minute while maintaining a high-quality connection. 

These connectors are specifically designed to terminate Ethernet cables and connect into computers, routers, LANs and other types of data communication equipment. These twisted-pair connectors are engineered with eight positions and eight contacts (8P8C). Our portfolio features RJ45 connectors manufactured in multiple-port and single-port configurations with jack and plug modular connector styles.

Our broad range of industrial USB connectors includes the IP20 series, which features an integrated locking mechanism with audible and tactile feedback to create an excellent interconnect solution for internal USB cable routing without having to worry about the plug coming loose during transit and use. A highly reliable sealed version (IP65/IP67) for rugged and harsh environments is also available.

3-Phase with neutral line filters are a compact solution for interference suppression on the mains input of cabinets and control units of industrial equipment like variable speed drives.

Reactors help protect motors from the spikes of the inverter. They are used in motor drives and various adjustable-speed drive systems for HVAC, robots, machinery, and process automation equipment.

LCL filters are used in active front-end motor drives and active infeed converters. They help protect the grid from disturbances induced during energy regeneration from the active front end. Custom specific adaptations are available.

Our chassis mount resistors can be attached to heat sinks and dissipate heat, increasing the capacity of the resistor. With 10 different power ratings, ranging from 5W to 300 W, these are engineered to work well in shunt and current monitoring circuits.
