Availability
Conductive Adhesive Tapes are available in soft copper (35 µm), tinned copper (35 µm), and aluminum (60 µm). Tinned copper offers enhanced corrosion resistance and is ideal for applications requiring direct contact with the tape surface. Embossed variants improve contact reliability and solderability. Tapes are typically supplied in 20-meter rolls, with standard widths of 12.7 mm and 25.4 mm. Options include self-wound (without a release liner), paper release liner, and double-sided adhesive versions (suffix “-D”). Die-cut and kiss-cut formats are available for easy integration.
