Multi-Color Wire-to-Board Power Connector Designed to Help Streamline the Assembly Process
TE Connectivity introduces multi-color wire-to-board power connector QP 6.5 to help printed circuit board manufacturers to improve assembly efficiency, providing clear identification, while enhancing Printed Circuit Board (PCB) layout design. The connector is designed to help save space on the PCB, when compared to similar pitch connectors. Keying options help prevent mis-mating, while its kinked header pin strengthens retention on the PCB. QP 6.5 is rated UL 94 V0. This 10A / 6.5mm pitch connector is highly suitable for HVAC applications, like air conditioning and water heaters and appliance applications. In addition, it can be used in a variety of industrial control boards.
