MCON 1.2 2-row 12, 18 and 24P Sealed Inline Connector
The MCON 2-row sealed inline connector family offers the broadest and most complete portfolio in the 1.2mm space to now include 12, 18 and 24 circuit connectors for various low voltage inline connector applications, including the primary body harness, rear axle harness, interior lighting harness, door harness and headlight cable harnesses. Combined with TE’s BluSurf plating technology, the MCON 1.2 2-row provides the highest pin count inline connector without a mate-assist.
The MCON 1.2, 2-row sealed connector variant extends the MCON 1.2 range offering a highly compact connector housing, with 12, 18 and 24 circuit counts in its standard connector series. Combined with TE’s innovative BluSurf plating technology, this new inline connector family enables the highest pin-count solution for inline connectivity without any mate-assist. Up to 40% reduced mating force (based on MCON 1.2 clean body testing results) combined with BluSurf plating technology (vs. standard silver plating), this product family is not only highly robust but also cost effective, offering greater design flexibility and durability to support any low power and signal application within the vehicle.
