Brighton Lab, Brighton, UK
Brighton lab is a hybrid between a high power lab and a high voltage lab, allowing it to conduct the full gamut of arrester testing. It has been an accredited high voltage lab since 1988. The lab includes a 500 kV transformer, including PD testing, and a modern impulse tester capable of testing full operation duty type test.
Limerick Lab, Limerick, Ireland
The application engineering lab in Ireland is focused on support of application-specific testing and qualification to IEC mechanical standards. We conduct field failure analysis and review and approve new component suppliers for critical components. The core mechanical testing equipment is based on the 200kN instron tensile and cantilever testing. At this lab, we are able to conduct moisture ingress testing to British rail standards, as well as dry penetration testing and water diffusion resting on FRP cores.


Gevrey-Chambertin Lab, Gevrey-Chambertin, France
TE's lab in Gevrey-Chambertin has been accredited since 1994 in 21 test competencies and performs more than 200 tests each year. The lab supports testing and new product development for low voltage and high voltage connectors.
Munich Lab, Munich, Germany
Specializes in design and development of cable joints and terminations, the high voltage lab in Ottobrunn, Germany is capable of performing a wide range of tests at up to 240 kV tension.
