We seek to reduce our operational footprint through cutting emissions, water use, and waste generation. By doing so, we can reduce our environmental impacts while building resilience for the long-term, and supporting customers and suppliers to do the same.

Reducing Our Emissions
We have set clear, science-based targets to minimize our emissions and environmental impact. To achieve them, we’re enhancing energy efficiency, investing in new technologies, increasing renewable electricity use and partnering with suppliers to source materials with a lower carbon footprint.

Conserving Water
We exceeded our previous goal of reducing water at water-stressed locations. Next, we're pursuing a broader goal to reduce water at all sites, starting with mapping our water use, investing in metering to understand consumption and delivering region-specific initiatives to capture, recover and reuse water.

Targeting Zero Waste to Landfill
We follow lean manufacturing principals to minimize waste and reduce packaging material waste, where possible. We are accelerating our actions to achieve Zero Waste to Landfill across our global operations and uncovering site-specific actions to increase diversion from landfill.
