As the only monitoring system that provides continuous crimp height analysis on every crimp produced, CQM PRO requires minimal parameter setup and delivers repeatable measurements within 0.12 mm for each crimp analyzed. With intuitive, easy-to-use menus, enhanced monitoring and graphing, and compatibility with both TE and non-TE terminators, CQM PRO enables fast, flexible job setup through on-screen programming. Expanded USB capability supports data backup, report storage, firmware updates, and peripheral connectivity, providing improved usability and traceability across the production floor.
