Transistor sockets are designed to offer easy insertion and extraction of transistors on printed circuit boards (PCBs). These sockets have multiple brass alloy receptacles with multi-finger contact clips, allowing for faster assembly and circuit installation. These are insulated with thermoplastic materials, which can make them resistant to high temperatures during soldering operations. The terminals on the sockets are embedded to prevent circuit shortages that can damage the PCBs. Our through-hole transistor sockets are available in various connector profiles, such as standard, low and ultra-low. We offer 3, 4, 8, 10, and 12-position configurations. Our transistor sockets are particularly suitable for rugged environments of industrial and process control applications, and these are commonly used in automobiles, military applications, consumer electronics and medical equipment.
