Through-hole Position Sensor
Leveraging an innovative contactless, PCBless design with an over-molded Hall IC, our through-hole position sensors deliver a cost-effective and resilient solution for position detection of a moving magnetic target. This sensor is designed for external mounting on transmission casing and for use in park lock, transmission movement, and disconnect unit applications. By using high quality sealing, carefully selected materials, and strict process controls, this sensor provides tight tolerances and reliable performance.
Rotation Position Sensor
Our rotation position sensors, engineered for shift drum, gear shift, and other transmission angular movements, utilize a PCBless, contactless design. By incorporating the magnetic target directly within the sensor assembly and including a fixation pin, the rotation position sensor helps simplify the integration process, facilitates precise and straightforward assembly, and enables accurate placement for optimal performance.
Transmission Speed Sensor
For measurement of the input or output speed of a transmission gear wheel, our transmission speed sensors offer a robust, long-term reliable, and ASIL-B compliant solution for demanding powertrain applications. A two-wire interface provides diagnostic functionality, while an IP6K9K-sealed connector safeguards against contamination for consistent performance. Available in a variety of shapes to accommodate diverse design requirements across transmission platforms.
