SHV RF Connectors

SHV (Safe High Voltage) RF Connectors have a bayonet-style locking mechanism and a protruding, recessed insulator that ensures safe handling and prevents accidental contact with live connectors when unmated. SHV RF connectors are typically rated up to 5000 VDC (3.5 kV AC rms) and up to 5A, with a 50-ohm impedance. Common applications include nuclear instrumentation and detector systems, equipment that is high voltage, high frequency, or pulsed power, and test and measurement equipment.
