N Type RF Connectors

The N Type RF Connector is a widely used medium-sized waterproof coaxial connector. It is robust and consistent and has a threaded coupling mechanism. The connector is for applications up to 11 GHz or 18 GHz. N Type RF connectors adhere to military standard MIL-STD-348. These connectors have 50 Ohm and 75 Ohm impedances. The 50 Ohm version is commonly used in wireless data, cellular systems, and instrumentation, while the 75 Ohm version is typically used in cable TV infrastructure.
