Sandra Fritz Vos is an accomplished engineering executive with deep expertise in sensors, MEMS, and advanced electronic technologies. As Director of Research and Development, Sensors, she leads global teams that deliver new sensor products across medical, industrial, automotive, aerospace, and defense markets, managing multi-million-dollar budgets and portfolios of more than 100 active programs.

Previously, Sandra held senior R&D leadership roles at NXP Semiconductors N.V. and Knowles Corporation, where she drove next-generation MEMS motion sensors and microphones from concept through high-volume production, built high-performing engineering organizations, and established long-term product roadmaps that secured sustained business growth.

She brings a collaborative, execution-focused leadership style grounded in a PhD in Materials Science, numerous issued patents, and decades of experience bridging technology innovation, manufacturing readiness, and market success.
