Predrag Drljaca is Senior Director of Technology Central, Sensors, where he provides global leadership across ASIC, MEMS, and sensor technology platforms. He brings more than two decades of experience in mixed-signal ASIC design, MEMS development, and sensor system architecture, spanning concept definition through qualification and high-volume industrialization.

Predrag has led the definition and execution of ASIC, MEMS, pressure, force, flow, position, and optical technology roadmaps, overseeing multiple custom chip tape-outs, MEMS die developments, and advanced sensor packaging and assembly techniques tailored for high-reliability, high-volume automotive and industrial applications. His expertise includes the co-optimization of silicon, package, and test, as well as automated test strategies that enable cost-effective scaling to millions of units per year.

As a strategic people leader, he has built and scaled global engineering organizations, driven cross-site collaboration, established Centres of Excellence, and instituted KPI-driven R&D governance to improve execution speed, quality, and technology reuse. Predrag holds a PhD in microelectronics and sensors from the École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL) in Switzerland, has authored more than 30 technical papers, and is a named inventor on multiple patents spanning a broad range of sensor solutions.
