Palani Thanigachalam is a Senior Engineering Manager, leading TE’s global engineering strategy for transportation and industrial sensor technologies, including speed, position, pressure, and rotary sensors.
With more than 26 years of experience across TE Connectivity, Honeywell, and TVS Electronics, Palani has a strong track record of driving innovation, launching high-revenue products, and building high-performing global teams. He has led multiple end-to-end new product introduction programs, holds more than 15 granted patents, and is recognized for translating advanced sensing technologies into reliable, scalable solutions for automotive, industrial, and medical applications.
