Mark Dickson is a Senior Field Application Engineer supporting TE's Kissling product line across North America. With a multidisciplinary background that spans electrical engineering, electromechanical systems, and business management, he brings deep technical expertise to switches, contactors, and power distribution units (PDUs) used in commercial and industrial transportation applications. Since TE Connectivity acquired Kissling in 2019, Mark has advanced through various roles supporting high-voltage connectors, charging inlets, and data connectivity solutions.
Mark began his career in the U.S. military as a Cryptographic Communications Technician stationed in Germany, where he diagnosed and repaired coding equipment. He remained in Germany after his service, completed an apprenticeship to earn his journeyman's license as an Electromechanical Technician, and went on to earn a business management degree from the Handwerks-Kammer des Saarlandes. After returning to the United States, he completed a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering at the University of South Florida.
