Small Form Factor Connectors for Limited Space or Reduced Weight

This line includes popular military parts numbers and custom configurations for specific applications. From standard Mil-Spec configurations to custom designs, we have the M83513 Micro-D connector series, subminiature and ultra-miniature coaxial connectors, and cylindrical connectors to meet your need, whether it is to build-to-print assemblies or total turn-key assembly program management. With a sixty-year heritage of leadership in precision design and manufacturing.

TE is pleased to announce that we recently established a new assembly line for our micro-d connectors at our Mt. Joy, Pennsylvania facility. The new assembly line replicates our operations in Hermosillo, Mexico, and adds capacity to our operations to accommodate the growing demand for our connectors. The new micro-d connector assembly line is designed to meet the increasing demand for custom configurations from our customers in defense and space. By manufacturing these connectors domestically, we help customers comply with the "Buy American Act," which is critical for new design wins.

Key benefits of our new U.S.-based Micro-D connector assembly line include

  • Compliance with the Buy American Act: Our domestically produced micro-d connectors will help customers comply with regulatory requirements, providing a competitive edge in securing government contracts.
  • Enhanced Supply Chain Resilience: The new assembly line enhances our
ability to respond quickly to market demands.
  • Consistent Quality Assurance: The new facility mirrors our established processes in Hermosillo, maintaining the high standards we have set for testing.
