The new Dynamic D1000 Slim wire-to-wire connector is suitable for narrow spaces in small industrial equipment and small machinery applications. The D1000 is 80% smaller than the D1200 series with low interference risk and a streamlined design. The keying and locking feature supports reliability and reduces unexpected unmating and lever breakage in narrow spaces, such as robotic arms, small machinery, and industrial equipment.

Offered in jack and plug styles and various plug configurations, RJ45 connectors are specifically designed to terminate Ethernet cables and connect into computers, routers, LANs, and other types of data communications equipment, making them an excellent fit for demanding industrial applications.

At only one quarter the size of conventional RJ45 plugs, the Industrial Mini I/O connector provides critical space savings on a PCB — space that can now be used more efficiently. A metal latch helps prevent accidental unplugging of a network connection due to shock, vibration, or pulling on cords that can cause expensive downtime in an industrial environment.

Our M8/M12 cable assembly solutions are M8/M12 circular connectors overmolded to a cord set that safely and reliably helps ensure communication between devices and across networks within an industrial environment. This is a ready-to-plug solution for versatile systems to be quickly and easily established. The range of sensor/actuator, along with our Ethernet- and Fieldbus-based M8/M12 overmolded cable connector options, is further enhanced with a wide selection of connector configurations and jacketed cable materials.

Industrial RJ45 connectors are rectangular data connectors designed for Ethernet networking in industrial applications. Data rates of 10/100Mbp/s and 1Gbp/s are supported. Ethernet magnetics as discrete parts allow for customized Ethernet port layout optimized for EMC and/or overvoltage. All Ethernet magnetic parts are SMD and reflow solderable. Our field installable cable connectors are available for 2 pair (10/100Mbps) and 4 pair cables (1G/10Gbps) supporting Cat5e, Cat6, and Cat6A performance. Tool-less installation with automatic wire cut off helps ensure a high quality connection and short installation time.
