How to Order Product Samples

Welcome to TE Connectivity’s samples service.

We offer numerous samples for many of our products, which enable our engineers to more accurately plan and ensure a part’s perfect fit in a solution.

You must have an account on TE.com and be signed in to order a sample.

You may check for sample availability when reviewing a list of products, or from search results, by using the Samples Available filter.

Selecting this checkbox will limit the results or products in the list to only those available to sample.

Expand the product details to add a sample to your cart.

You may also request a sample directly from a product page, or from a custom List.

In some cases, the exact part you’re looking at isn’t available to sample, but a similar alternate part is.

If there is a specific part you need to sample and it is not available through TE.com, you may always contact a TE product specialist via chat, email, or phone to discuss options that may be available to you.

When you add a sample to your cart, the default quantity is set to 1 piece, but can be increased.

You must click the Add button for each product row on this Samples page to activate the product sample in your cart.

Once you have added and activated all of the samples you would like, submit your sample order.

You will be prompted to enter some additional information about your project before selecting submit again.

Once you have completed this process, you will receive an email confirmation and email updates as your sample order is processed.

If you are signed in to TE.com, you can navigate directly to the Samples cart at any time through the shopping cart icon at the top of TE.com

You may enter part numbers directly into the cart through this path, however – as noted – not all part numbers are available to sample.
