Overview

The power double lock connectors are available in wire-to-wire  (including freehanging and panel mount) and wire-to-board configurations. This connector system consists of plug and cap housings for wire termination, optional double lock plates, crimp contacts and PC board pin headers, and is available in a contact centerline spacing of 3.96 mm for wire-to-wire and centerline spacing of 3.96 mm, 6.5 mm, and 13.00 mm for wire-to-board.

  • Versatile and easy to use, the connector locks in several reliable ways. The plug is able to latch together with either the cap or header. The TPA – terminal position assurance – device helps assure terminals are fully seated to ensure its dependability. 
  • Power Double Lock tabs are made with several unique material varieties, including Glow Wire and standard temperature models.
  • The plug mates with the cap (or header) to form an audible 'click', which reassures users the connectors are secure. 
  • Phosphor bronze with pre-tin plating and designed without lances to prevent entanglement of contacts with one another.
