Compact Receptacles Help Simplify Designs
Simplify design, procurement, and assembly with compact 187 Series FASTON receptacles that support multiple tab thicknesses. These 4.8mm (.187in) straight FASTON terminals mate with both 0.5mm (.020in) and 0.8mm (.032in) thick quick disconnect tabs, reducing the number of parts to design-in and source. The open barrel, F-crimp design is only 15 mm (0.59 in) long, allowing these receptacles to fit where other straight receptacles may not. These terminals are compatible with existing 187 series FASTON receptacle housings. Applications include appliances, air conditioners, and industrial machinery.
