Communications sent to the Directors email address below are processed by the Office of Ombudsman and handled accordingly.

The Office of Ombudsman provides regular reports to the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors. These reports include a summary of significant matters that are under review or investigation in response to concerns raised, in addition to summaries of communications by frequency and subject matter. This approach ensures that concerns are raised to the directors in an effective manner that accurately informs them of the nature and frequency of the concerns.
