Z-STACK Connectors represent a new family of board-to-board stacking connectors with contacts on 0.6mm centerline designed for use in high density wiring applications. They are best suited for industrial systems such as FA equipment and telecommunications system servers.

Both housing and contacts are hermaphroditic in construction, providing users with the convenience of simple inventory management as only two units of each type of connector need to be purchased.

Contacts feature a two point contact design, ensuring reliable contact with 2.5mm effective mating length. These connectors provide two varieties of housing heights- Type F8 and Type F16 by combination of which stacking heights of 8/12/16mm can be set as required by the application. These connectors are compatible with automated mounting by mecha-chucks and meet requirements of volume production.
