Terrence Curtin is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of TE Connectivity, one of the world’s largest providers of products and solutions that connect and protect the flow of power and data in virtually every industry. With fiscal 2011 sales of $14 billion, TE Connectivity has approximately 100,000 employees in 50 countries.
As CFO, Mr. Curtin is responsible for developing and implementing the financial strategy for TE Connectivity and for creating the financial infrastructure necessary to drive the company’s financial direction, vision and compliance initiatives. Prior to his current role, Mr. Curtin was the Vice President and Corporate Controller of TE Connectivity. In this capacity, he oversaw TE Connectivity’s financial reporting, control and accounting policies, including the company’s Sarbanes-Oxley compliance activities. Before joining TE Connectivity, Mr. Curtin was employed by Arthur Andersen & Co., where he served in the audit and accounting advisory services group with a focus on large multinational public companies. Mr. Curtin holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Albright College, Pennsylvania, U.S., and is also a Certified Public Accountant. About TE Connectivity |
