Exchange of Personal Data

TE Connectivity is responsible for the processing of Personal Data it receives, under each Privacy Shield Framework, and subsequently transfers to a third party acting as an agent on its behalf. TE Connectivity complies with the Privacy Shield Principles for all onward transfers of personal data from the EU and Switzerland, including the onward transfer liability provisions. TE Connectivity shall remain responsible and liable under the Privacy Shield Principles if its agent processes Personal Data on our behalf in a manner that is inconsistent with the Privacy Shield Principles, unless TE Connectivity proves that it is not responsible for the event giving rise to the damage.
