Compliance with TE Connectivity policies and with all applicable laws is the responsibility of every one of our employees. TE Connectivity’s Office of the Ombudsman ensures a direct, confidential, and impartial avenue to raise any concern or issue with compliance or ethics. The office is designed to field compliance concerns from external constituencies - investors, suppliers and customers - as well as TE Connectivity employees.

Reporting directly to the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors, the Ombudsman’s office is independent of functional management. It seeks the fair, timely and impartial resolution of all compliance and ethics issues. The Ombudsman is also a vehicle for improving processes by sharing best practices and addressing any systemic issues company wide.

Employees have a number of vehicles to raise issues within TE Connectivity. Bringing issues to local management attention is clearly the best approach in most cases. However, we realize that there are a number of situations where such an approach may not be feasible. TE Connectivity has established a confidential, toll free, ConcernLINE for matters to be raised.
