背景
This ship technology shipyard based in Singapore designs and manufactures dedicated vessels and drilling equipment to meet the needs of ship owners of ASEAN countries and customers in the marine sector. Through 40 years of history, the shipyard has provided a wide range of engineering services, widespread ship repair, shipbuilding, ship remodeling, manufacturing of drilling equipment, and marine engineering. In order to realize these services, the shipyard relies on third-party vendors offering a wide range of equipment and services (including electronic components suitable for harsh marine environment) . In particular, we need a reliable vendor offering high-quality cable terminal kit that can be used with junction boxes and switchgear.
課題
Procuring high quality connectors that work reliably even in harsh environments was just a starting point for the task.
