Error Proof Assembly with Inertia Locking
The GRACE INERTIA connector series supports wire-to-wire and wire-to-board systems with a product portfolio that includes 1.25 to 12.4mm pitch connectors with maximum current ratings ranging from 1 to 20A. The defining feature of these connectors is an inertia locking mechanism that locks the connector into place when the circuit is completed. This feature can improve mating reliability and reduce the need for complicated inspection processes. Additional features include lance-less contacts to prevent tangled wires and multiple color and keyed connector options to reduce assembly error. GRACE INERTIA connectors are used in power and signal applications, including appliances, transportation, and lighting.
