TE News: TE Connectivity receives "Top Employer" award the 12th time

TE Connectivity (TE), a world leader in connectivity and sensors, has once again been recognized by the Top Employers Institute (TEI) as one of the best employers in Germany in the Engineering category. Being certified as a Top Employer showcases an organization’s dedication to a better world of work through its human resources policies and people practices.

To earn TEI certification, organizations submit responses to an HR best practices survey, which inquiries about a company’s people strategy, work environment, talent acquisition, learning, well-being, diversity & inclusion practices and more. Only employers who meet TEI’s highest standards receive the award and certification.
