Disposable and Board Mount Micro Pressure Sensor Products

A board mount pressure sensor is typically mounted on a printed circuit board (PCB) and used to measure the pressure of gases or liquids. TE Connectivity (TE) offers PCB mountable pressure sensors for gage, differential and absolute pressure measurements for various applications i.e. air flow, gas flow and barometric air pressure. TE offers multiple board mount pressure sensor platforms based on TE’s Measurement Specialties (MEAS) sensors and TE’s SMI Pressure Sensors (formerly Silicon Microstructures). TE’s MEAS product series cover both cost-sensitive miniaturized barometric solutions as well as premium accuracy, temperature compensated or fully calibrated, solutions with digital or analog output. TE’s SMI sensors feature piezoresistive MEMS (micro-electromechanical system) technology with low pressure ranges down to 125 Pa in a minimal footprint package.
