With its rugged construction and best price-toperformance ratio in the industry, the AST4401 is the solution for pressure measurement in Intrinsically Safe areas. This pressure transducer can be configured in voltage and 4-20mA output signals.  It is available with various third party certifications for hazardous locations.  Using MEMS based sensors on a one-piece metal sensing element, the AST4401 pressure transducer completely isolates the liquid or gas being measured to the process connection.  This design is free of welds, O-rings, and fluid filled cavities.  


  • Class I Division 1 Groups A, B, C, D Intrinsically Safe when installed with approved barrier (UL / CSA)
  • ATEX / IECEx: Class I Zone 0 Exia IIC T4 Ga (Ta = -40°C to +80°C)
