TE News: TE Connectivity responds to demand for greater speed and flexibility in the marine, oil and gas market

HARRISBURG, Pa. – JULY 1, 2019 – TE Connectivity (“TE”), a world leader in connectivity and sensors, will begin stocking six of its high-demand SEACON product lines for the marine, oil and gas (MOG) market with TTI, Inc. (“TTI”), a leading specialty distributor of electronic components and one of TE’s largest global distribution partners. Stocking with TTI will help reduce lead times, speed up the ordering process and allow customers to purchase in smaller quantities. Customers can begin buying these six product lines through TTI on July 1, 2019, in addition to the many other trusted TE product lines customers can also purchase through TTI.

“We recognized that the MOG market was demanding that these products be available quicker,” said Global Director of Business Development for TE’s Aerospace, Defense and Marine division Sage Wadke. “Stocking with TTI, a TE partner of more than 20 years, will meet that demand for speed and give customers more flexibility when choosing how much to order.”

The SEACON product lines that customers will be able to buy through TTI beginning July 1, 2019 are:

·         HUMMER

·         Micro WET-CON

·         Rubber Molded Connectors

·         WET-CON
