Tony Heaton: As an engineer, I never stop asking myself, "How?" How do we make tomorrow's ideas reality? At Nikola, that means creating a hydrogen-powered, electric semi truck.
Trevor Milton: How do you build a fuel cell that's efficient enough to be able to sustain the truck driving under a full load? How do you store hydrogen successfully?
Debbie Carreno: Trevor actually contacted TE Connectivity to talk to us about our Deutsche line of product, and we've been talking about sensors, and infotainment, and high voltage cable assemblies.
Trevor Milton: We quite possibly have the most high performance vehicles ever built. On this truck here, we have over 2,000 horsepower, and there's very few companies in the world that have the capabilities that we need to be able to support our company.
Debbie Carreno: The conversations just keep getting deeper and deeper as their design keeps moving forward.
Dane Davis: They always come back with, "Okay, how can we improve that? What can we do to make this better?"
