Kevin is the Digital Workplace and Infrastructure Lead for the TE Information Systems team supporting the Communications Solutions Business Segment.  He is responsible for driving efficiency and effectiveness of Digital Workplace tools and Infrastructure that deliver IT solutions to meet the Communications Solutions segment’s needs and deliver business value. He has 17 years of experience in Information Technology and has held positions of increased responsibility from technical support to leading a Global team providing IT services and support to a Fortune 1000 company.

 

 

I started at TE fresh out of college and have been here for 7 years. I left for another opportunity, but returned because I appreciated the way TE cared for its employees and do as much as they can to invest in them.

What is the most engaging part of your role?

I enjoy understanding how business evolves and what is most important for it to be successful. Typically, IT sits away from the business and has an idea of what the business requires to perform successfully, but isn't fully aware of the implications. My role is dedicated to learning and understanding what is necessary for the business and working with colleagues to provide services and solutions that help TE win in the markets we compete in and move at our customers pace globally.

What inspired you to pursue a career with a global technology leader? Why TE?

I started at TE fresh out of college and have been working here for 7 years. I left for another opportunity, but returned because I appreciated the way TE cared for its employees and do as much as they can to invest in them. It's a diverse company that is great to work for.
