One Piece Joints
This pre-fabricated one-piece design is for voltage classes up to 245 kV. Polymeric insulated cables, of various designs, can be adapted with respect to shielding and metal sheath. The silicone rubber body, with integrated geometrical stress control, provides proven electrical performance, moisture sealing and mechanical protection required for high voltage products. A temperature monitor module is also optional.
MEDIUM VOLTAGE HEAT SHRINK TERMINATION
Millions of TE's Raychem medium voltage heat shrink cable terminations, up to 42 kV, have been installed worldwide and are known to be more reliable and quicker to install than conventional systems. Anti-tracking, erosion- and UV resistant insulating materials have been employed to achieve consistent performance in extreme temperatures, atmospheric pollution and ultra-violet light, and have proven the insulating and sealing ability of TE's Raychem terminations for more than 40 years.
MEDIUM VOLTAGE HEAT SHRINK JOINT
TE's Raychem medium voltage heat shrink joints, up to 42 kV, are reliable, radiation cross-linked polymeric tubes that are easy to install and provide long term operation. These joints can be immediately back filled in trenches and quickly energized, even in extremely severe service conditions.
10 kV - 52 kV ONE-PIECE COLD SHRINK TERMINATIONS
TE's Raychem one-piece cold shrink terminations are made from a high performance liquid silicone material. They are specially formulated for excellent, anti tracking properties, split resistance and superior electrical properties delivering long, trouble-free service.

RSTI FOR 630/1250A
UP TO 42 KV
TE's Raychem RSTI screened separable connectors are designed to connect a wide range of polymeric cables to medium voltage gas insulated switchgear, and other equipment using bushings Type 'C' (EN50180/EN50181), specified for 630A/1250A up to 42 kV. These connectors are fully screened and submersible, suitable for indoor and outdoor installation.
PLUG-IN TERMINATIONS RPIT FOR 800A/1250A UP TO 52 kV
TE's Raychem RPIT Plug-In Terminations ensure reliable cable connection for switchgear and transformers up to 52 kV. RPIT terminations are compatible with inner cone bushings size 2 (800A) and size 3 (1250A) as per EN50180/EN50181. RPIT terminations can be customized with an optional voltage detection point and a special material composition for harsh environments.
BPTM INSULATION TUBING
TE's Raychem BPTM heat shrink busbar insulation tubing provides insulation enhancement and flash over protection. The product can be used on aluminum and copper busbars of circular or rectangular cross-section. BPTM's thick wall heat shrink tubing provides flash over protection up to 25 kV. High voltage tests on busbars insulated with BPTM tubing demonstrate significant reductions in clearances over conventional air-insulated systems.
TE’s mechanical connectors and repair sleeves are designed for use in low and medium voltage applications. Only three sizes cover conductor sizes from 25 mm² to 400 mm². In addition, all products have a tin-plated body, shear-head bolts and inserts for small conductor sizes.
