With which standards do these products comply?
The products comply with different standards according to the intended application.
Some of the most commonly known and used standards are:
- CENELEC EN 50393; DIN 47640 – used for standard products (LJSM, LJTM, EPKE)
- IEC 60331,332, BS 6387, DIN 4102-12 – used for fire resistant joints (LFRJ)
- IEEE 404 – for North American products

What is the advantage of mechanical connectors in comparison with crimp connection?
The advantage of mechanical connectors over crimp connectors is that they can cover a wide application range which reduces the complexity of choosing connectors. Also installation is easier with shear bolt connectors as compared to crimp connectors.
Is it possible to customize products according to my needs?
Yes. If there is a specific product need, we work closely together with our customers to help them reach a better connectivity solution.
Do you offer product trainings?
Webinars and training videos are currently being prepared and will soon be launched.
For our customers located in the US we have (FST) Field Service Technicians that do onsite training.
Why is LFRJ testing with the specific cable important?
Even though the cable and components have been tested separately it is essential to test them together as there is no specific standard to follow for safety class cables.
