What happens after I submit my online order?
We will process your order and then email you the shipping details and order summary. After we pack your order, we will charge your account. When your package ships, we will email you the delivery information, including a link to track your shipment.


When purchasing products on TE.com, is payment expected immediately?
Orders are only accepted and processed after submitting payment information. All payments are processed in United States (US) currency, and accepted using a valid credit card. To place orders with alternative payment arrangements, please contact our inside sales team at 1-800-820-5219.


Are there any additional costs not included in my TE.com order?
When you place an order on TE.com, all relevant costs – for the items selected, shipping and handling, and appropriate taxes – are applied at the time of checkout. All costs are processed through the payment method associated with your order.


Will my order include sales tax?
Upon checkout, an estimated sales tax will appear in your order total. The actual sales tax will be calculated at the time your order is shipped. Your actual sales tax will reflect applicable state and local laws. LADD collects sales tax only for orders shipped to customers in the following US states: CA, MN, NM, OH, PA, TX, and WA. For orders shipped to all other US states, customers are responsible to self-remit all corresponding use tax to their state. Currently, when ordering on TE.com, we do not accept tax exempt certificates. If you have a tax exempt certificate and would like to place an order, please call us at 800-820-5219.


Can I purchase any TE product on TE.com?
Currently, we are fulfilling online orders for TE products that can be delivered through LADD Distribution LLC, a TE Connectivity company. We expect to expand – over time – our selection of products available for purchase directly on TE.com.


The TE.com price is different from my company’s contracted price. What are our options?
Our online price reflects current market value. To purchase a product for a contracted price, contact your TE sales representative.


Which credit cards are accepted on TE.com?
We accept Mastercard, Visa and American Express credit cards on TE.com.

When will my credit card get charged for the order?
We will charge your credit card when your order has shipped and send you a confirmation e-mail.

When will I receive the refund on my credit card for the returned items?
Once we receive your returned items at our fulfillment center, all returned items will be inspected to ensure they are in good condition. After verification, we will issue the refund for the same credit card that was used to place the order on TE.com. The refund will be issued in the amount charged for the parts returned including any tax charged. Shipping charges paid for the order will not be refunded. There may be a restocking fee charged for the returned items.


Are TE.com orders shipped from within the United States?
Yes, all TE.com orders are shipped via FedEx from our LADD Distribution warehouse in Kettering, Ohio. 


Can I track my order after it ships?
After we ship your package, you will receive an email with the order number and a link to track delivery.


What is TE's return policy?
Return material requests – due to a discrepancy in the part or other reasons – must be communicated to TE Connectivity within 30 days of purchase. Any material returned due to a discrepancy will be handled in accordance with the TE Connectivity Return Policy. Material returned for any other reason is subjected to a 25% restocking fee.  For more information, read our Return Policy.
