Leigh Lei

Manager Product Development Engineering

Dramatic design change is not always welcome—or necessary—in the medical device field.  Leigh Lei believes every little improvement in the design of products leads to a better future. Born in Yichang City, Hubei province in the middle of China, Leigh moved from Dongguan/Shenzhen to Suzhou with TE in 2014. With over 10 years’ experience, he’s been focused on medical cable, connector and cable assembly design for the past 8 years. He says, “I love my job, not only because the products I build are used to save people’s lives, but they’re also changing the world.” Like many engineers, Leigh enjoys bringing new technology to enhance human life.

Jennifer Coleman

Director of Internal Audit

Jennifer joined TE Connectivity in 2013 and is currently Director of Internal Audit. Prior to joining Internal Audit, she led an initiative to standardize product costing for the Transportation Solutions Segment. One of her favorite aspects about being a part of TE is the ability to work with individuals around the globe. She values the creative ideas and solutions that are generated when bringing together individuals with different backgrounds and experiences.

Before joining TE, Jennifer spent her career working in various financial management positions at the Business Unit, Segment, and Corporate level for a manufacturing company. Jennifer holds an MBA from Michigan State University and a Bachelor’s degree in finance from Wayne State University.


Sheila Garza

Senior Manager, Customer Service

Delivering an extraordinary customer experience (ECE) is becoming ingrained in TE's culture.  As a customer service manager, Sheila helps ensure everyone on her team has the tools to deliver ECE. She knows in the fast-paced technology world, analytical and problem solving skills, planning and time management skills and the ability to multitask effectively are key to serving customers efficiently. The collaborative working environment at TE helps everyone succeed while at the same time keeping people accountable for their own responsibilities.


Matt McAlonis

Senior Manager, Product Development Engineering

With a degree in mechanical engineering, Matt has more than 18 years of experience in communications, computer and consumer electronics, as well as the aerospace and defense industries. With over 25 patents in connector-related technology, and Black Belt certification in Lean Design for Six Sigma, Matt is a key member of the TE team. 


Arash Behziz

Business Development Manager

The challenge of changing the industry. Technologists and business development managers like Arash Behziz identify industry trends, and determine what products will work well for TE customers. They are looking to develop the next generation of system architecture.


Aimee Musavuli

EHS Leader, Communications Solutions

Aimee started her career at TE Connectivity 17 years ago as a machine operator in Greensboro, NC. She moved from assembly to molding and performed some of our stamping operations. Aimee’s production manager asked her to join the Safety (EHS) team which soon became her passion. She decided to go back to school to earn a master’s degree in Environmental Health and Safety. After graduation, Aimee was offered a position as an EHS Leader in TE’s Harrisburg office. In her words, “Hard work and dedication always pay. TE Connectivity has given me the opportunity to grow from a machine operator to an EHS Leader.”  


Karl Kitts

Director of Development Engineering

Karl holds a BS degree in Engineering from Ohio University; an MBA degree from Auburn University and has more than 25 years’ experience in the engineering world. Karl is an SAE aerospace committee chairman, and was a former director of the National Association of Relay Manufacturers (NARM). Karl's experience before joining the TE team included positions with Eaton Aerospace and Hartman Electrical Manufacturing.

Elizabeth Da Silva Domingues

Elizabeth Da Silva Domingues, PhD.

High-Voltage (HV) Engineer Manager

Elizabeth joined TE in November 2011 to support the HV Rail team, she holds a PhD in HV from the University of Manchester. She has over 25 years of experience in HV Power Systems with a strong track record of achievements in the Academy, Applied Research & Development and Project Managing. A Senior member of IEEE (Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineer) with more than 50 fully reviewed international technical papers.

Since Elizabeth joined TE she has been supporting design and testing of the rail HV products, managing the engineering team to cover HV rolling stock design and life cycle activities, supporting sales, manufacturing and customer support.
