P&B Circuit Breakers Datasheets

P&B circuit breakers include both thermal and magnetic types in ratings from milliamps to 50 amps. The information below may help users to quickly differentiate these two types of P&B circuit protectors:

Thermal circuit breakers
  • Typically less expensive.
  • Trip point varies with the ambient temperature.
  • One- and two-pole models only.
Magnetic circuit breakers
  • Typically more expensive.
  • Temperature stable over a wide range.
  • Available with different time delays before tripping.
  • One- through four-pole models.

All series listed below meet the requirements of UL 1077, and recent enhancements allow several models to meet ignition protection requirements according to UL 1500.
