AD-3050 Seal Test Equipment

Splice Sampling – Quickly and Easily

The AD-3050 seal test equipment is a manually operated pneumatic device, intended for use as a convenient 'in process' sampling technique for checking sealed splices in up to 8 fixtures at once.

The AD-3050 pressure tests different combinations of in-line or stub splices, in any of the combination of fixtures. Offering a facility to allow leak testing of various connectors, this tool is intended for use as a quick and easy sampling technique for the preliminary selection of installation conditions, where Raychem products are used for protection of the splice. There have been good correlation between results obtained with tet AD-3050 seal test and those obtained through water immersion testing. Our versatile portfolio of equipment for heat shrink tubing enables you to process the heat-shrinkable tubing products in an easy, efficient, and cost-effective manner. Developed in close collaboration with customers for general industry use, this equipment provides optimal heating temperatures, performance, and control. For example, it is suitable for use in a wide range of automotive applications – from sealing and protecting electrical splices to providing mechanical protection for fluid management systems in harsh environments.
