Our design engineers have experience in complete signal path design from probe tip to system interconnect. Whether you need HD quality video or low loss power cables we have the ability to support your complete electrical and mechanical design.
Our capabilities include automated horizontal or vertical molding, overmolding, micromolding and LIM silicone - all with the ability to withstand severe sterilization processing requirements. Our molding technology is ideal for enclosures, handpieces and strain/flex relief in surgical products.
High Precision Interconnects
We offer an extensive portfolio of miniature high speed connectors, power-edge card connectors, high-density one-to-many mating interconnects and smart (use-limiting) connectors to meet your exact requirements. Our capabilities include precision stamping and plating, 3D circuits in plastic, and insert and micromolding.
Our 400 Series compatible NTC Patient Temperature Monitoring probes provide ±0.1°C accuracy per EN-12470 requirements. Autoclaveable patient temperature monitoring probes can withstand repeated 134°C autoclave cycles.
