Terrence R. Curtin is Chief Executive Officer of TE Connectivity, a $12 billion global technology leader in connectivity and sensor solutions that enable a safer, greener, smarter, and more connected world. Prior to assuming the role of Chief Executive Officer of the company in March 2017, Terrence served as TE’s President, where he was responsible for all of the company’s connectivity and sensor businesses, as well as mergers and acquisition activities. In March 2016, he was elected to the Board of Directors.

Terrence also previously led TE’s Industrial Solutions segment, which includes the company’s Energy, Industrial, Medical, and Aerospace, Defense, and Marine business units. Prior to his role as leader of Industrial Solutions, Terrence served as TE’s Chief Financial Officer, and as the company’s Corporate Controller. Before joining TE Connectivity, Terrence was employed by Arthur Andersen LLP.

Terrence holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Albright College and is also a member of its Board of Trustees.

Heath Mitts

Heath Mitts

Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Heath Mitts is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of TE Connectivity. Heath is responsible for developing and implementing the financial strategy for the company. As CFO, he creates the financial infrastructure necessary to drive the Company’s financial direction, vision, and compliance initiatives.

Heath joined TE Connectivity in September 2016. Previously, Heath served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of IDEX Corporation since March 2011 and served as Vice President of Corporate Finance from September 2005 to February 2011. Prior to joining IDEX, Heath worked for PerkinElmer from 2001 to 2005 as Chief Financial Officer of PerkinElmer Asia, based in Singapore.

Prior to PerkinElmer, he worked at Honeywell International (formerly Allied Signal) from 1996 to 2001 in a variety of senior financial leadership positions, including the Finance leader of Honeywell’s aerospace avionics business. He has been a Director at Columbus McKinnon Corporation since May 2015.

Heath holds Bachelor’s degrees in Finance and Political Science from Southern Methodist University and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Pennsylvania State University.

John S. Jenkins Jr.

John S. Jenkins Jr.

Executive Vice President and General Counsel

John S. Jenkins Jr. is the Executive Vice President, General Counsel of TE Connectivity. John is responsible for the company’s global legal, compliance, corporate governance, government affairs, intellectual property, security and risk management, and corporate social responsibility activities. He joined TE Connectivity in October 2012.

Prior to joining TE Connectivity, John was with Tyco International for ten years and was the Vice President, Corporate Secretary, and International General Counsel. John was responsible for the Board of Directors activities, securities and capital markets transactions and reporting, mergers and acquisitions, executive compensation, global procurement, real estate, and tax planning.

Prior to 2003, John worked as a litigator with McGuireWoods, LLP. John began his career in 1987 as an Officer in the United States Navy, and served as a judge advocate both as Military Prosecutor and Senior Defense Counsel, and finally as Legislative Counsel to the Secretary of the Navy.

John earned his law degree from George Washington University with high honors and his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia.

Joe Donahue

Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer

Joe Donahue serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of TE Connectivity.

As Chief Operating Officer, Joe is responsible for all aspects of the company’s corporate global operations including supply chain, manufacturing engineering and innovation, environment/health/ safety, facilities services, and the company-wide lean initiative. In addition, he is responsible for TE’s SubCom business and the company’s digital operations and engineering initiatives. He is also responsible for bringing TE’s industry-leading connectivity solutions, engineering, and operations expertise to the emerging markets with focus on India, China, and South America.

Joe served as COO and President of TE’s Network Solutions segment from September 2012 to August 2015, and led the company’s Transportation Solutions segment from 2007 to 2012. He was employed by Valspar Corporation as Group Vice President responsible for the Global Coatings Business from 2006 to 2007.

Joe joined the company in 1982 and served in a wide variety of assignments, including general management, engineering, and operations. He served in overseas assignments in Japan, China, and Germany over his 34 years with the company.

Joe holds a BS in Biological Sciences and a MS in Plastics Engineering from the University of Lowell in Lowell, Massachusetts, along with an MS degree in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from Lehigh University, Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.

Steven Merkt

President, Transportation Solutions

Steven Merkt is President, Transportation Solutions for TE Connectivity.

As leader of the Transportation Solutions segment – one of the world’s largest suppliers of connectivity and sensor solutions to the automotive and commercial vehicle marketplaces – Steven is responsible for all aspects of sales, development, and operations for the segment worldwide.  

Steven joined TE in 1989 and has held leadership positions in general management, operations, engineering, marketing, supply chain, and new product launches. He was appointed to his current position in August 2012, after serving as President of TE’s Automotive business.

Prior to joining TE, Steven worked as a Flight Test Engineer for the F.A.A. and a computer consultant for Rutgers University.

Steven holds a Master of Business Administration from the Smeal School of Business at Pennsylvania State University, Pennsylvania, U.S., and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Aerospace Engineering from Rutgers University, New Jersey, U.S. 

James O’Toole

James O’Toole

President, Communications Solutions

James O’Toole is President of the Communications Solutions segment of TE Connectivity. James is responsible for all aspects of sales, product development, and operations for one of the world’s largest providers of engineered electronic components to manufacturers of consumer products, including appliances, smartphones, tablets, and other electronics. His business also covers the world of high-speed communications meeting the increasing needs of hyperscale, datacenter, and telecommunications infrastructure providers.

Since joining the company in 2009, James led the company’s former Circuit Protection and Touch Solutions businesses, where he successfully drove profitable growth through the launch of innovative solutions and improved operational efficiencies. He also led the successful integration of two business units (Consumer Devices and Datacom) in early 2015.

His extensive experience includes a variety of leadership positions in supply chain, engineering, product management, operations, and general management. He is experienced in transforming businesses, building strong teams, and driving change.

James has a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from the University of Limerick, Ireland.

Kevin Rock, President of Industrial Solutions at TE Connectivity

President, Industrial Solutions

Kevin Rock serves as the President of TE's Industrial Solutions segment, which consists of the company’s Aerospace, Defense, Oil and Gas, Industrial, Medical, and Energy businesses. Kevin is responsible for all aspects of the segment’s strategy, growth, operations, and performance.

Kevin has been with TE for more than 20 years, and his career includes numerous accomplishments. Prior to his current role, Kevin was President of TE’s Aerospace, Defense, and Marine (AD&M) business. He established AD&M as a business unit, doubled the business unit from under $500 million to over $1 billion, and increased the unit’s profitability. He has played a critical role in acquisitions that have established TE as the leader in harsh environment applications and a leading provider of connectivity solutions to the oil and gas industry.

Joan Wainwright

Joan Wainwright

President, Channel and Customer Experience

Joan Wainwright is President, Channel and Customer Experience. Joan joined TE in 2006 as Senior Vice President, Marketing and Communications and became head of the Channel Business Unit in 2009.

In her current role, Joan leads a team of nearly 1,000 sales, customer care, pricing, and marketing professionals who are focused on growing TE’s revenues, market share, and relationships with approximately 300 distributors around the world. Today, revenues generated from distribution sales represent about 15 percent of total TE sales.

Joan joined TE Connectivity from Merck & Co., Inc., where she served as Vice President, Public Affairs. Prior to that, she served in the Clinton Administration as Deputy Commissioner of Communications for the U.S. Social Security Administration. Joan has worked in the communications and public relations departments at the University Health System of New Jersey, the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, the University of Delaware, and Villanova University.

Joan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from the University of Delaware, Delaware, U.S., and a Master of Business Administration degree from Temple University, Pennsylvania, U.S.

Mario Calastri

Senior Vice President and Treasurer

Mario Calastri is Treasurer of TE Connectivity. Mario is responsible for developing and implementing the financial strategy for the company.

As Treasurer, he oversees the company’s cash management, banking, capital structure development and funding, foreign exchange, contingent liabilities, investments, risk management, and financial planning and analysis activities.

Mario joined TE Connectivity in June 2007 as Senior Vice President and Treasurer. Previously, he served as Vice President and Assistant Treasurer of Tyco International. 

Mario held a variety of management positions with IBM, including Assistant Treasurer, Global Risk Manager and Vice President of Finance for IBM’s IGF division in Europe.

Mario holds an undergraduate degree in Economics from Universita Bocconi Italy, and a Master’s degree in Finance from Pace University, New York, U.S.

Jane Leipold

Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer

Tim Murphy is Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer for TE Connectivity. In this role, he is responsible for developing and implementing the company’s HR strategy to ensure TE has the talent, culture, and organization needed to achieve its business objectives. Tim joined TE Connectivity as Vice President, Global Talent Management in November 2011.

From 1993 to 2011, Tim held a variety of HR Business Partner and Center of Excellence leadership positions at Merck. As Executive Director, Talent Management, he led a Center of Excellence that supported 90,000 employees and was responsible globally for performance management, succession planning, career development, and workforce planning.

Tim has a Master of Arts in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from West Chester University in Pennsylvania and his Bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.

Sameer Pagnis, Senior Vice President, Corporate Strategy at TE Connectivity

Senior Vice President, Corporate Strategy

Sameer Pagnis assumed the role of Senior Vice President, Corporate Strategy in January 2017. Sameer is responsible for shaping the strategy for TE Connectivity (TE) by driving alignment and focus on enterprise-level value creation.

Recently, he served as the Vice President and General Manager of TE’s Industrial and Commercial Transportation (ICT) business, from 2015 to 2017. Sameer was responsible for driving the organic and inorganic growth of ICT’s business and had complete responsibility of P&L for ICT, which operates under TE’s Transportation Solutions segment. From 2013 to 2015, Sameer served as General Manager of TE’s Global Application Tooling business unit, which also operates under TE’s Transportation Solutions segment.

Since joining TE in 1998, Sameer has held a variety of positions of growing responsibility – in supply chain, manufacturing, engineering, sales, business development, and general management. Prior to joining TE, Sameer worked – for eight years – in the field of defense electronics and consumer electronics, for Be-Delft and Sharp respectively.

Sameer holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering and a Diploma in Electronics and Radio Engineering, from University of Pune and Bombay Technical Institute respectively.

Joseph F. Eckroth, Jr.

Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer

Joe Eckroth joined TE Connectivity in 2013 and serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer. In this role, he is responsible for leading the TE Information Systems (TEIS) team, setting the enterprise-wide Information Systems strategic direction, and ensuring TEIS implements key information systems initiatives that support TE’s goals.

Prior to joining TE, Joe was with Hertz Holdings and Hertz since 2007, and most recently held the position of Executive Vice President, Global Customer Care and Chief Information Officer. In this role, he also provided oversight to the Corporate Project Management Office, Revenue Management function and Navigations Solutions business, which is the exclusive provider of the Hertz Neverlost units and related services.

Prior to joining Hertz Holdings and Hertz, Joe served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of New Century Financial Corporation. Previously, Joe served as the Chief Information Officer for Mattel, Inc. and two of General Electric’s business units, GE Medical Systems and GE Industrial Systems.

From 2003 to 2006, Joe served on the board of directors of VWR International, a global laboratory supply and distribution company, where he also served on the Compensation and Finance Committees. From 2000 to 2006, he also served on the board of directors of the Orangewood Children’s Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing life-changing prevention and intervention programs for abused and neglected children and young adults in Orange County, California.

Joe earned his MBA from Pepperdine University School of Business and Management and his Bachelor’s degree from the University of La Verne in La Verne, California.

Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer

Amy Summy has served as Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer for TE Connectivity since January 2013. She is responsible for TE’s global marketing strategy, digital strategy, customer data and insights, brand, and communications.

Amy joined TE Connectivity as Vice President, Marketing in June 2011. Prior to TE, Amy served in leadership positions at Sapient and SapientNitro from 1996-2011. As a member of the company’s senior executive team, Amy played a key role in the company’s transition from a technology consulting provider to a global leader in digital commerce and marketing services. As Senior Vice President and Managing Director, Amy led SapientNitro’s New York and West Coast businesses.

Earlier in her career, she served as the company’s Chief Marketing Officer and leader of the company’s North American Financial Services business. Prior to Sapient, Amy held positions at Dun & Bradstreet in sales leadership and product management roles.

Amy is also dedicated to ending childhood cancer. She is a co-founder and Board member of No More Kids with Cancer, a non-profit research accelerator. She serves on the Corporate Executive Council and Brain Tumor Board of Visitors of The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia.

Amy earned an MBA in finance from New York University’s Stern School of Business and a Bachelor’s degree in finance from Kent State University.

Senior Vice President, Mergers and Acquisitions

Jeanne Quirk is Senior Vice President, Mergers and Acquisitions at TE Connectivity. In her role, Jeanne is responsible for driving the development and execution of inorganic growth strategies.

Since 2013, Jeanne has served as the Vice President, Strategy and Business Development for the Industrial Solutions (IS) segment, with responsibility for partnering with the IS leadership team to identify and execute organic and inorganic growth initiatives. Since joining TE in 2000, Jeanne has held a variety of leadership positions in M&A and integration, including leading TE’s M&A and divestiture efforts from 2007 through 2013.

Prior to joining TE, Jeanne worked at PriceWaterhouseCoopers for 10 years where she assisted a broad range of strategic buyers and financial sponsors with their acquisitions.

Jeanne holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the Pennsylvania State University and is a certified public accountant.

Senior Advisor to the CEO

Minoru (Mooch) Okamoto is Senior Advisor to the CEO at TE Connectivity. Minoru also serves as Chairman of TE Japan GK, where he provides guidance and direction on governance issues and helps drive the growth of TE Connectivity in Japan.

With over 35 years of TE experience, Minoru served most recently as President of TE's Communications & Industrial Solutions (CIS) business. During his tenure at TE, he has held various positions including Senior Vice President of Communications, Computer & Consumer Electronics business; Vice President of Asia and Global Computer; Divisional Vice President and Area Director of Asia/Pacific North (Japan & Korea); General Manager of AMP Japan; Director of Asia/Pacific Marketing and General Manager of AMP Taiwan.

Minoru is a member of the American Chamber of Commerce, Keizai Doyukai (Japan Association of Corporate Executives), and JEITA (Japan Electronics & Information Technology Industries Association) in Japan.

Tom Lynch

Executive Chairman

Tom Lynch is the Executive Chairman of the TE Connectivity Board of Directors. Mr. Lynch served as the company’s Chief Executive Officer from January 2006 to March 2017. He was elected to Chairman of the Board in January 2013 and transitioned to Executive Chairman of the Board in March 2017.

From September 2004 to January 2006, Mr. Lynch was at Tyco International (Tyco) as the President of Tyco Engineered Products & Services, a global manufacturer of industrial valves and controls. He was promoted to Chief Executive Officer of Tyco Electronics, now TE Connectivity, in January 2006, and grew the company into a $12 billion global technology leader.

Mr. Lynch joined Tyco from Motorola, where he served as Executive Vice President of Motorola, and President and Chief Executive Officer of Motorola’s Personal Communications sector, a leading supplier of cellular handsets. Prior to this role, he served as President of the Integrated Electronics Systems sector, of which automotive was the largest market segment.

Prior to Motorola, Mr. Lynch was Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Satellite and Broadcast Network Systems segment for General Instrument Corporation.

Mr. Lynch serves on the President’s National Security Telecommunications Advisory Committee, and on the Boards of Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. (NYSE: TMO); Cummins Inc. (NYSE: CMI); and The Franklin Institute, Philadelphia, Pa. He is a member of the US-China Business Council (USCBC), a leading organization in building commercial relations with China.

Dr. Pierre R. Brondeau

Lead Independent Director

Dr. Pierre R. Brondeau is the Lead Independent Director of the TE Board of Directors. He has served on the TE Connectivity Board since its inception in June 2007.

Dr. Brondeau has been President and Chief Executive Officer of FMC Corporation since January 2010 and serves as Chairman of its Board of Directors. FMC Corporation is a diversified global chemical company serving agricultural, industrial and consumer markets.

Prior to joining FMC Corporation, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of Dow Advanced Materials, a manufacturer of specialty materials and a wholly‑owned subsidiary of the Dow Chemical Company, upon the April 2009 merger of Rohm & Haas Company and Dow Chemical Company, until September 2009. From 2008 to 2009, Dr. Brondeau served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Rohm & Haas Company and from 2006 to 2008, as Executive Vice President of electronics materials and specialty materials of Rohm & Haas Company. Dr. Brondeau joined Rohm & Haas in 1989 as European Marketing Manager for the Plastics Additives business unit located in Paris. In 1991, he transferred to Valbonne, France, to head the Technical Service and Development Laboratories.

Dr. Brondeau was promoted to Director of Plastics Additives Research in 1993, and moved to Shipley Company, which was later renamed Rohm & Haas Electronic Materials, as Director, Research, Sales & Marketing in 1995. He held top leadership positions at Shipley Company, including Vice President, Operations and Technology, President, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Executive Officer from 1997.

From 2003, Dr. Brondeau served in several executive capacities in the Electronic Materials and Specialty Materials business. In May 2008, he was elected President & Chief Operating Officer of Rohm & Haas Company. Earlier in his career, he worked at Air Liquide in France.

He is the Chairman of the American Chemistry Council.

Dr. Brondeau has a Bachelor’s degree in Biochemical Engineering from INSA France; a Master’s degree in Biochemical Engineering from the University of Montpellier, France; and a Ph.D. in Biochemical Engineering from INSA France.

Carol A. (“John”) Davidson

Carol A. (“John”) Davidson

Board Member

Carol A. (“John”) Davidson has served on the TE Connectivity Board of Directors since March 2016.

Mr. Davidson is a Certified Public Accountant, with more than 30 years of leadership experience across multiple industries. Mr. Davidson’s experience with complex accounting and financial issues combined with his knowledge of public reporting requirements and processes bring accounting and financial management insight to the Board.

Mr. Davidson held a variety of leadership roles at Tyco International Ltd. and Dell Inc. and financial leadership roles at Eastman Kodak Company. He is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Financial Accounting Foundation which oversees financial accounting and reporting standards setting processes for the United States. He also serves on the Board of Governors of the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). Mr. Davidson meets the SEC definition of audit committee financial expert and brings five years of public company directorship experience to the Board.

Mr. Davidson holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Accounting from St. John Fisher College and a MBA in Finance from the University of Rochester. Mr. Davidson is a director of DaVita HealthCare Partners Inc., Legg Mason, Inc. and Pentair plc. 

Dr. William A. Jeffrey

Board Member

Dr. William A. Jeffrey has served on the TE Connectivity Board of Directors since March 2012.

Since 2014, Dr. Jeffrey has been Chief Executive Officer and President of SRI International, a research and development organization serving government and industry. Prior to that he served as Chief Executive Officer and President of HRL Laboratories, LLC, an automotive, aerospace and defense research and development laboratory, from September 2008. From 2007 to 2008, he was the Director of the Science and Technology Division of the Institute for Defense Analyses, and prior to that was Director of the National Institute of Standards & Technology from 2005. From 2002 to 2005, Dr. Jeffrey served as Senior Director of Homeland and National Security and Assistant Director of Space and Aeronautics in the Executive Office of the President, Office of Science and Technology Policy. He began his career at the Institute for Defense Analyses in 1988.

Dr. Jeffrey is also Chairman of the Director's Review Committee for Global Security at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory.

Dr. Jeffrey has a Bachelor's degree in Physics from Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Ph.D. and Master's degree in Astronomy from Harvard University, both in Massachusetts, U.S.

Yong Nam

Board Member

Yong Nam has served on the TE Connectivity Board of Directors since March 2012.

Since April 2013, he has served as an advisor to the Chief Executive Officer of Daelim Industrial Co. Ltd., the engineering, construction and petrochemical operations affiliate of Daelim Group, a Korean company. Mr. Nam has served as an advisor to LG Electronics, Inc., a global provider of consumer electronics, mobile communications and home appliances, since April 2011. From 2007 through March 2011, Mr. Nam served as Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of LG Electronics. He previously served as President of LG Corp., the global conglomerate of the LG group of companies, from 2006 to 2007, and as Chief Executive Officer of LG Telecom from 1998 until 2006. Mr. Nam's career with LG began in 1976.

He is a Director of ADT Korea, a commercial and residential security services provider since June 2014.

Mr. Nam has a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Seoul National University, South Korea. 

Daniel J. Phelan

Daniel J. Phelan has served on the TE Connectivity Board of Directors since its inception in June 2007.

Mr. Phelan was Chief of Staff at GlaxoSmithKline plc. (GSK), a manufacturer of pharmaceuticals, vaccines and consumer health-related products. He served in this role from 2008 until his retirement in December 2012, following which he consulted with GSK until the end of 2013. Mr. Phelan joined GSK in 1981 and held several other roles of increasing responsibility, including Senior Vice President, Human Resources and Senior Vice President of Operations & Administration, Research and Development.

Prior to his work at GSK, Mr. Phelan worked as an attorney in the labor department at Obermayer, Rebmann, Maxwell & Hippel in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and as a Director of Student Services at The Ohio State University. He also served as an officer in the United States Army Medical Service Corps.

Mr. Phelan is a Director of Indivior PLC.

Mr. Phelan has both a Bachelor's and law degree from Rutgers University, New Jersey, U.S., and a Master's degree in Higher Education Administration from The Ohio State University, Ohio, U.S.

Paula A. Sneed

Paula A. Sneed has served on the TE Connectivity Board of Directors since its inception in June 2007.

Ms. Sneed is Chair and Chief Executive Officer of Phelps Prescott Group, LLC, a strategy and management consulting firm since 2008. Until December 2006, Ms. Sneed was Executive Vice President of Global Marketing Resources and Initiatives for Kraft Foods, Inc., a worldwide producer and distributor of branded food and beverage products.

Ms. Sneed previously held a variety of other positions at Kraft Foods, including Group Vice President and President of Electronic Commerce and Marketing Services, and Chief Marketing Officer for the company. Ms. Sneed began her career in 1977 at General Foods Corporation, which merged with Kraft Foods in 1995.

She is also a Director of Charles Schwab Corporation.

Ms. Sneed has a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts from Simmons College and a Master's degree in Business Administration from the Harvard Graduate School of Business, both in Massachusetts, U.S.

Abhijit Y. Talwalkar

Abhijit Y. Talwalkar has served on the TE Connectivity Board of Directors since March 2017.

Mr. Talwalkar was President and Chief Executive Officer of LSI Corporation, from May 2005 until the completion of LSI's merger with Avago Technologies in May 2014.

From 1993 to 2005, Mr. Talwalkar held a number of senior management positions at Intel Corporation, including Corporate Vice President and Co-General Manager of the Digital Enterprise Group, which was comprised of Intel's business client, server, storage, and communications businesses, and Vice President and General Manager for the Intel Enterprise Platform Group, where he focused on developing, marketing, and driving Intel business strategies for enterprise computing.

Prior to Intel, Mr. Talwalkar held senior engineering and marketing positions at Sequent Computer Systems, a multiprocessing computer systems design and manufacturer that later became a part of IBM. He also held positions at Bipolar Integrated Technology, Inc., a VLSI bipolar semiconductor company; and Lattice Semiconductor Inc., a service-driven developer of programmable design solutions widely used in electronic systems.

Mr. Talwalkar is Chairman of the Board for iRhythm Technologies, a healthcare technology company that specializes in cardiac monitoring and the diagnoses of arrhythmias. He is a Director of Lam Research Corporation, serving as Lead Independent Director and Chair of the Nominating and Governance committee; he previously served as Chair of the Compensation Committee. He was also a Director of LSI Corporation and the U.S. Semiconductor Industry Association. Additionally, he was a member of the U.S. delegation for World Semiconductor Council proceedings.

Mr. Talwalkar has a Bachelor's of Science degree in electrical engineering from Oregon State University.

Mark Trudeau has served on the TE Connectivity Board of Directors since March 2016.

Mr. Trudeau is the President, Chief Executive Officer and director of Mallinckrodt plc, a global specialty biopharmaceutical and imaging business that develops, manufactures, markets and distributes specialty pharmaceutical products and imaging agents.

Mr. Trudeau held executive leadership positions at Covidien plc, Bayer HealthCare Pharmaceuticals LLC USA, Bayer HealthCare Pharmaceuticals, Bristol-Myers Squibb and Abbott Laboratories.

Mr. Trudeau brings experience as a public company executive officer and director, along with a record of executive leadership and global business expertise in many areas including strategy, operations and management.

Mr. Trudeau holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Chemical Engineering and a MBA, both from the University of Michigan.

John C. Van Scoter

John C. Van Scoter has served on the TE Connectivity Board of Directors since December 2008.

Mr. Van Scoter is Chief Executive Officer and President of eSolar, Inc., a developer of modular and scalable solar thermal power plant technology, as of February 2010.

Immediately prior to his service at eSolar, he was Senior Vice President of Texas Instruments Incorporated (TI), a global semiconductor company, where he was responsible for the company's Digital Light Processing Products division. During his 25-year career with TI he also served as Vice President for emerging Digital Signal Processor businesses in MP3/Internet Audio and Printing markets and in various product development, manufacturing and sales capacities.

He also serves on the Board of Directors for eSolar, Inc.

Mr. Van Scoter has a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Vermont, Vermont, U.S.

Laura H. Wright

Laura H. Wright has served on the TE Connectivity Board of Directors since March 2014.

Since her retirement in 2012 as Chief Financial Officer of Southwest Airlines, a provider of air transportation in the United States, Ms. Wright founded GSB Advisors, to provide strategic and financial consulting to growth and non-profit companies. During her 25 year career at Southwest, Ms. Wright served in a variety of financial roles including Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President of Finance, Treasurer and Assistant Treasurer.

Ms. Wright began her career at Arthur Young & Co. in 1982 as a member of their tax staff, following which she became a Tax Manager from 1986 through 1988.

Ms. Wright is a Trustee of Pebblebrook Hotel Trust, a publicly traded hotel and real estate investment trust, since 2009, and serves on the Board of CMS Energy, a publicly traded company and its subsidiary, Consumers Energy, since February 2013.

Ms. Wright holds bachelor and master of science degrees in accounting from the University of North Texas.
