"TE Connectivity launches redesigned EV charging cable"
"The EV charging cable assemblies offer high mating cycles and magnetically operated activated solid-state switches, as opposed to a mechanical switch, allowing for an increased life expectancy. The Type 1 charger assembly meets SAE J1772 specifications, is UL recognized per UL 2251, and is RoHS compliant. Designed with the end user in mind, materials provide a crush-resistant connector body, meet outdoor classification F1 (UL) and are resistant to common automotive fluids."
