Rotational Program

Designed for high-performing individuals, our program offers assignments that will help you rapidly gain a broad understanding of your function through hands-on experience. Our program provides employees with challenging projects and assignments, ongoing mentorship, and targeted training within a global company. Throughout the program, you will have the opportunity to build a valuable network of peers, managers, and leaders across the company. Functional programs include: Finance, HR, Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, and Engineering.  At TE, you will be a part of the innovations shaping our connected world.

Program Requirements:

·         Entry-level college graduates (0-2 years of industry experience)

·         Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant field

·         Geographically mobile individuals willing to relocate during the program

·         Internships in functional area preferred
