The PCB is responsible for the overall operation cycle. On a typical PCB, you will see wire-to-board power and signal interconnects, relays, and sockets.
The wiring harness interconnects the PCB to the various components through out the devices. It is a collection of wiring terminals and connectors that sends signals and power to the motor, switches, and sensors. A typical wire and harness would include power and signal connectors, terminals and splices, and heat shrink tubing.
Heating elements connecters, like FASTON, connect to the wiring harness using high-temperature terminals. The heating elements heats a surface and the more even it does it the better it applies.
These connections sense the present cooking temperature and sends the data to PCB sensor. A thermostat or temperature switch is set at the desired internal temperature. The temperature sensor controls the compressor to maintain this set temperature. Temperature switches and sensors are connected to the wiring harness using individual terminals.
