TE Connectivity (TE) manufactures one of the world’s largest ranges of heat-shrinkable tubing
that provides exceptional cable protection, insulation, environmental sealing and strain relief.
HFT5000
heat-shrinkable fabric with a 2:1 shrink ratio is a halogen-free product, woven from polyethylene/
polyester materials which provides excellent abrasion resistance for components such as rubber
hoses, plastic pipes and harness wiring bundles.
High Ratio Heat-Shrinkable tubing, with expansion ratios as low as 4:1 and as high as 8:1 are
designed to accommodate large size transitions between cables, cable connectors and backshells
thus simplifying repairs of damaged cable as well as sealing the back end of connectors.
An ergonomically designed, single position FASTON connector to insulate our
.312 series FASTON receptacles. These receptacles and connectors will mate with
.312 series quick connect tabs in a variety of commercial and industrial components.
The VAL-U-LOK connector system offers wire-to-wire and wire-to-board connections with contacts
on a 4.20 mm [.165 in] centerline and current ratings up to 9 Amps max. per line. Plug and receptacle
housings allow wire-to-wire and wire-to-panel configurations and header assemblies offer wire-to-board
connections in vertical and right angle configurations.
The Micro MATE-N-LOK 3 mm connector system offers wire-to-wire and wire-to-board connections with contacts on
a 3 mm [.118] centerline and current ratings up to 5 Amps max. per line. Both single-row and dual-row configurations
are available.
The Mini-Universal MATE-N-LOK Connector System offers wire-to-wire and wire-to-board connections with contacts
on a 4.14 mm [.163] centerline and current ratings up to 9.5 Amps max. per line. Plug and receptacle housings allow
wire-to-wire and wire-to-panel configurations and header assemblies offer wire-to-board connections in vertical and
right angle configurations.
The power double lock connectors are available in wire-to-wire, free-hanging, panel mount and wire-toboard
confi gurations.
TE Connectvity’s (TE) Economy Power (EP) wire-to-board connector family is widely used for power circuit
applications. Based on the proven EP version the new and advanced EP II and EP 2.5 lines offer additional
benefits.
The 2.5 mm signal double lock (2.5 SDL) connectors are compact, single row connectors available in both
wire-to-wire and wire-to-board configurations.
Ultra-Pod fully insulated FASTON receptacles offer one-step automatic application of insulated quick
connects. The unique integral plastic carrier designed specifically for this product allows insulated
F-Crimp terminations to be produced quickly and easily.

This Insulation Displacement Connection (IDC) wire terminal has been successfully
introduced to the power tool manufacturing industry. Named poke-in terminal, it is
designed to ensure superior vibration resistance: One of the two IDC slots serves as a
metal strain relief.
Economy Power 2.5 (EP 2.5) is a new type of single-row crimp connector system.
EP 2.5 comprises of new plug housings, contacts, and headers, based on a .100”
centerline (2.5 mm pitch), which makes it a very compact solution.
The VAL-U-LOK connector system is now available in a single row configuration
for wire-to-board applications.
This new generation of single-row Economy Power (EP) connectors comprises of
newly designed plug housings, a new lance-less crimp contact (terminal) design and
dedicated post headers.
TE Connectivity (TE) introduces its new generation of SL-156 wire-to-board crimp
connectors with Terminal Position Assurance (TPA) device.
TE Connectivity (TE) has extended its innovative line of AMPLIVAR contact to include
AMPLIVAR Terminal with 250 Series FASTON Flag Receptacle – This is a combination
of AMPLIVAR serrations for fast solderless magnet wire termination and FASTON flag
receptacle (250 series) for quick and simple connection to any assembly.
