Reinforcing our commitment to corporate responsibility and ethical business practices around the world.
We believe that building a great company requires many things, including a deep understanding of the needs of our customers and our markets; the delivery of competitive and high quality products and services, and strong operational performance.
It also requires an unwavering commitment to the core values of TE: integrity, accountability, teamwork, and innovation. We are committed to conducting our business in responsible ways that provide an advantage to our employees, customers, and shareholders by making a sustainable and positive impact in our communities.
It is important that we focus our corporate responsibility efforts on those issues where we can have the greatest impact. For this reason, during 2011 we undertook a “materiality analysis” to identify the corporate responsibility issues of greatest significance to both TE and to the broader communities in which we operate.
