On-Campus Interviews
After reviewing all the applications, we conduct on campus interviews for the candidates we believe may be the best additions to our team.
Our interview process evaluates your problem solving skills and level of creativity. In order to assess these competencies, we conduct behavioral interviews. The behavioral interview allows you to showcase your past achievements in academic or extracurricular activities. It will also help us to understand how you would fit in with our culture. Following your interview, we will decide if you are an ideal fit for our team.
Please note that it can take up to two weeks for us to reach a decision. We will contact you when the final decision is made.

Final Interview & Offer
This is when you visit us at our locations across the US to be considered for specific job openings following the campus interview. Only qualified applicants will continue on to the final round interview following the campus interview. These usually take place in late November, as well as in late spring. For more information concerning final round interview dates and locations, please click events.
Following your interview, we will decide if you are an ideal candidate to be part of our team. It generally takes us about one week to reach a final decision. We will contact you once the final decision has been made.
What to Expect
Usually, most participants arrive the night before the internal interview and stay at a hotel near one of our locations. The next day, they have several interviews with different TE employees such as hiring managers and business units in which they participants may be offered work. There may be opportunities to meet with other interview participants as well.
The Offer
Congratulations on becoming part of the TE community! We look forward to having you join our team soon. In the meantime, please complete any pre-hire documents prior to starting at TE Connectivity. These will be emailed to you before the start date.
